Well slap my ass and call me Fanny!
My Avon order just arrived. I expected the delivery on Wednesday, as usual, but due to the holiday schedule, here it is three days in advance. And in the boxes are two gifts from Avon to me! One for my birthday! And one for Christmas! The birthday gift is a set of four decorative mugs, so says the box. I haven't opened them yet. And the Christmas gift is a big honking cracker server in pastel painted ceramic with a tiny porcelain Avon bag on one end. I don't think I've ever seen a cracker server, but if I had I can guarantee you it looked nothing like this. I can't think of the last time I even bought crackers let alone eat or serve them, but I'll have to take a trip to the Vons and buy a big ol' box of Ritz tomorrow.
In other news, I sent a secret entry out to my blog update list! And I'm about to shove the boys into bed with chapter books and sit down and write up my adventures with Patrick in Mexico.
