Busting Enron and the FERC - Will Schwarzenegger Do The Right Thing?

The Guv wants the Feds to move forward with electricity refunds to California. However, his urging for a settlement smells like he's ready to bail on the many BILLIONS of dollars we're due from the Enron gaming of California. He says he's trying to avoid litigation, but of course that means he's more than glad to go along with the FERC, which has consistently tried to swindle we the people out of at least 6 BILLION dollars we're absolutely due, with many BILLIONS more in dispute.
