2004 for Scorpio
by Robert Wilkinson
This should be one of the more productive years you've had lately. Your public sector is powered up this year, and your losses of the past few years should be yielding some true wisdom insights and a larger vision. Continue to avoid legal hassles if possible, which will require a lot of attention to details, patience, and sensitivity if you're to sidestep troubles.
Neptune is still squaring your Sun, and will be for some time for Scorpios born in November. There are some very peculiar conditions going on in your home environment, so try not to get too weirded out by your domestic situation, which may be very unclear in some way. Beware of over-idealism, or extremism connected to resources or values. Eliminate all power struggles about money.
Uranus, ruling your home sector, is finally out of Aquarius. The disruptions of the past 7 years are over, and you're already sensing the subtle manifestations of a greater genius or originality to come. Still, it's a huge fork in the road of your home life, and things may become a little irrational from time to time, so be compassionate, lighten up, and don't obsess.
This year try to become sweeter and more pleasant to be with and talk to, and cultivate nobility, heart strength, and playfulness. Stop patterns of resistance that create friction with the atmosphere around you, and show your loving, optimistic face, be more enjoyable and enjoying of life, and simplify, simplify, simplify! There are many gifts available the first half of the year if you're willing to work, adjust, and be practical.
For mid-November Scorpios, between January and July continue the lesson of 2002-2003 by learning to possess as though you possess nothing, and see that you are the custodian of a legacy that is not yours, but belongs to another who will outlive you. Change your thinking and interpretation about what you want and how you believe you should go get it. During the next two years you'll have to incorporate others' information into your worldview with a greater sensitivity to their feelings, or you'll lose perfectly good human connections for no good reason.
For October and very early November Scorpios, this year you'll open to a higher view, a greater vision, or a more mature philosophy. Try not to act like you know it all as you achieve fluidity in expressing your genius in sensitive and caring ways. You're beginning a quest to find a new truth, a new way to learn or teach, and a more responsible attitude. If possible, go back to school, learn a new skill or a new way to apply an old one. Just don't be so hesitant or insecure about the larger vision revealing itself to you. A fork in the road of your destiny presented itself in late October or November 2003 which you'll get to revisit in January and February Use March through May productively, since June is the point of no return. Be cautious of extravagant schemes through August, or you could find yourself out on a limb by the Autumn.
Your ruler Mars can create hassles, or the need for some form of right action without being hassled, in February, May, late June-early July, and November. Finish up whatever you need to in October and early November, and turn to the new 2 year cycle of opportunity that begin in the last half of November. Just slow down and don't allow impulsive or hasty speech or actions to create needless accidents!
For most November Scorpios, your new 2 year cycle begins in late November or December, so you also need to slow down, take it easy, and not allow the fast pace to create needless problems during those weeks. Finish up and close out whatever you need to between mid-October and late November, since you're in a whole new world of activity after that. Take careful note of what's going on toward the end of the year, as the activities of November-December show you the expansions and opportunities coming November 2004 lasting through 2005, for good or ill. Your ruler Mars can create hassles, or the need for some form of right action without being hassled, in late February through March, early July through late August, and October-November.
