Astrology Hot Zones for September and October 2004 - Uranus in Pisces, Neptune in Aquarius, and Pluto in Sagittarius

by Robert Wilkinson

At this time, Uranus is challenging everyone with planets in early Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, and Pisces, bringing upheavals and revolution in the lives of those born in late February, late May, late August, and late November. It offers productive renovations and opportunities to demonstrate originality and uniqueness to those with planets in early Taurus, Cancer, Scorpio, and Capricorn, or those born late April, June, October, and December.

Neptune is challenging everyone with planets in mid Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, and Aquarius, bringing strange, weird, or confusing impressions in the lives of those born in early May, early August, early November, and early February. It offers productive idealism, intuition, and connectedness with others to those with planets in mid Aries, Gemini, Libra, and Sagittarius, or those born early April, June, October, and December.

Pluto is challenging everyone with planets in mid-to-late Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, and Pisces, bringing volatile, extreme, coercive situations and people, or forms of banishment or exile in the lives of those born around the middle of June, September, December, and March. It offers efficiency, economy, precision, and major life purifications through productive magnetic transformations to those with planets in mid-to-late Aquarius, Aries, Leo, and Libra, or those born around the middle of February, April, August, and October.

A few words of explanation. The outermost planets symbolize the transpersonal, invisible influences that are a triple force in action in all our lives. They show our transformations, our connectedness with the larger collective field, and how we are challenged to individuate, moving toward our uniqueness and originality. Usually we passively respond to these vaster forces, though in some situations we become the living representatives of these higher "spiritual" forces in the lives of others.

Pluto, the great transformer and purifier, has challenged us to imitate whatever we needed to in order to jumpstart a learning process. We've seen the value of imagination, and how to rise to a situation that might seem ahead of our natural development. In September and the first half of October, Pluto offers the power of economy of energy to prepare for the next phase of our lives. Use foresight, ingenuity, and thoroughness of action while sacrificing the present for the future, actively plan for future needs and how to supply them, and learn as much as possible about cyclic processes.

Neptune, the great dissolver and connector, was at the Angel point July and early August, retrograding back to 14 Aquarius early August through mid-September. July offered a look ahead at some very happy relations where we'll feel radiations of spontaneous faith in various forms, and experience a blessing on our achievements by our fulfilled sense of self. Beginning early August, we found a shortcut to accelerate the evolutionary process, and retreated within to find outer success. By facing facts, we can penetrate any mystery or process and accomplish whatever we need to. From mid-September through the end of November, Neptune on its stationary point will finalize a vision begun early 2003, where we've learned a more peaceful view and have retreated within to find a truth.

Uranus, the great revolutionizer and synthesizer, has been showing us all how to stand uncompromisingly for an ideal and truth we deeply believe in. Be guided by an inner voice, and assert yourself as you concentrate your values in the chaos of modern living. Accept certain natural limits, receive the light of clear realization, and move toward consecrating yourself to a noble goal or group purpose and dedication.

From late August to mid-September, we had a chance to master an old discouragement and exchange spirit or understanding with others resulting in new self development. It echoed something from March. From late September through late October, it echoes the challenges of late February and early March. Be innovative in dealing with psychic and actual "traffic jams," go for relationships of significance, link to your community, and allow ideas to flow to completion.
