Major Astrology Influences - December 2004 for all signs
by Robert Wilkinson
I'm on the road again, this time to the Hamptons out on the east end of Long Island, NY. I'll try to post more articles when I get time up there, but in case I get lost at sea or on Broadway, I'll remind you of some important factors going on during December for all signs.
First, we cannot forget that we're in the Grand Irrationality. This is creating lots of critical decisions for everyone, and weird actions on the part of those who are obsessive, compulsive, or just out of control. This is where a lot of distance is the cure for a multitude of ills. If you're at a fork in the road, don't be pessimistic, see into the future, and anticipate what's coming down the road in a few years, and reposition yourself accordingly. This pattern will be activated in all our charts Dec 6-13 due to Sun and Mercury conjunct Pluto. Expect important developments, with new things sprouting to life and other things imploding magnetically.
Along those lines, we also have components of a 5-pointed star, also known as a Great Quintile, at work in all our charts and activated whenever the Moon is at certain degree spans in Libra and Taurus, Cancer, Sagittarius, and Pisces. Follow this link to the article where I outline where to look for and develop aspects of your uniqueness, both within yourself and in conjunction with others in your world. Right now the voids are in Libra and Taurus, so open to the perfect manifestation of your gifts and uniqueness in ways that offer you a greater promise and freedom.
The Mars effect for the first half of December mainly affects Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, and Aquarius people born in the second and third weeks of May, August, November, and February. These people will be going through dynamic activity, a hectic fast-paced period, or having the hardest time. People with birthdays during these 2 weeks need to focus on what constitutes responsible action, given the high energy of this period.
August people are seeing the first emergence of something begun late July 2004. Be gentle and calm, simplify things, enjoy life's pleasures, detach, be friendly, and set the foundations for long term flowering. This is the emergence of new truths, new future possibilities, and new foundations concerning family and home, or perhaps a re-emergence of something from your past in a new form.
November people are seeing the end of a 2-year cycle and the beginning of a new one. Slow down, finish up what you’ve been doing these past two years, and refuse to get hassled or pushed beyond your limits. Take a look at events since late December 2002, and see how your self-image of self-awareness has changed, and how you now have fulfilled an old work or form of service. Your losses have helped you adjust in needed ways. Protect your health, and start a new long term regimen to improve your health over the long haul.
February people are seeing the culmination of something they began May 2003, and need to take gentle, simple, stabilizing action with nobility and playfulness. Be creative and enjoy yourself. Avoid haste or argumentativeness. See how old business regarding close associates and your living environment have fulfilled themselves, as well as old ways of communicating and perceiving things. You've also finished an old public persona, or form of fulfillment in the public arena. Turn toward capturing the best of your professional flowering, and begin to turn toward a new line of aspiration,
May people need to avoid aggression, impulsiveness, or getting aggravated by oppositional people while correcting whatever they need to within the cycle that began March 2004. This is a critical mid-course correction. See how you need to bring a new motive to the surface or make it evident to your world. Avoid behaviors with other people that will be your sorrow or self-undoing a few months down the road.
And remember, there's very little Earth influence for the next three weeks, so try to stay practical, organized, grounded, pay attention to details, do the work in the right way, and enjoy yourself in the process! As the Prisoner once said, "Be seeing you..."
