2005 for Capricorn

You're now finishing up some very important lessons about what you can and cannot control in your relationships. Continuing the lessons of mid-2003 through July 2005, you're having to demonstrate autonomy, detachment, care, concern, and a tender nurturing side, or you're finding yourself being opposed by people resulting in hurt feelings. Let go of fear, touchiness, manipulation, and insecurity.

Even though your mate may have been more crabby than usual, you've been challenged not to allow things to harden unnecessarily. You need to continue to explore the sense of warmth, connectedness, and security that began Summer 2003 after the time in 2001-02 where you confronted dualistic uncertainty, paradox, and corrosive interactions. Your ruler Saturn has brought you new types of relationships, responsibilities, duties, limitations, and ways of viewing wealth since June 2003. You've had some hard reality lessons, the result of how you've defined yourself these past 15 years.

You're now in the middle of a 2 year phase where you have to rethink some of your beliefs about yourself and others that began between 1988-1990. Since then you've had to learn to be more responsible or mature without hardness, rationalizing, or avoiding confronting your part in creating your life circumstances, even though they may have seemed out of your control. This is the year to examine how you may need to re-balance your priorities, and go with new or pioneering developments.

Quick action is the antidote for any ambivalence or clutching you may experience this year. Dare to be yourself, and don't be so diplomatic all the time. Cut to the chase, don't worry so much about what others think, and ground yourself to achieve some pretty beautiful rewards and visions. Try to be more fair in your assessment of things, find the reasonable middle in all arguments, and don't be condescending or you'll get some unexpected feedback.

All Capricorns are benefitting from Uranus in Pisces, so be productively inventive. December Capricorns have been working with new material throughout the past year, while January Capricorns have had some very unique and inventive experiences which have shown them a new way to be themselves in the public realm.

Continue to adjust and refine your motives, turning them to a more ideal vision. As with last year, being innovative will help you ride the revolutionary changes in your money, resources, and values, as will your compassion and a vaster perspective on generic human issues. All Capricorns were in a very productive mode between August 2003 and September 2004.

December and early January Capricorns are now challenged to start being more careful in all financial matters, making sure that all terms are specifically defined. Even though you may share common ideals with others, make sure everything is carefully noted in all contracts and financial affairs. October through December 2005 will be more agreeable to you than to many others. This group of birthdays are learning how to keep the initiative in their own hands, find an adequate form of self-dramatization, and their place of greatest service to your world.

Mid-January Capricorns are getting a forward look at these, with their point of decision and movement between August and October 2005. This group has the focus on work and health from February through April, bringing finality to disciplines accepted or rejected between early 2003 and mid-2004. The relational challenges December and early January Capricorns have been learning to deal with will be confronted by mid-January Capricorns from May 2005 on.

Change your rules, assumptions, and limitations around how you relate to others, and what you think their obligations are. Through 2005 you'll have to incorporate others' limitations into your assumptions with a greater sensitivity to their feelings, or you'll lose perfectly good human connections for no good reason.

December Capricorns have a tremendous professional momentum that began October 2004. Keep finding ways to serve your world while maintaining momentum. Continue to cut back on exaggeration or waste. Mars can create hassles, or the need for some form of right action without being hassled, in late January through February, late April, and mid-to-late June.

The constant irritation from mid-September through mid-October isn't crisis producing, just helping you see how to anchor your ambitions through reviewing what you have, what you need, and how you use the resources at your disposal. Your new 2 year cycle of opportunity begins between February 6-21 2005. Just slow down and don't allow impulsive or hasty speech or actions to create needless accidents!

For January Capricorns, you're in a time of preparing for a much higher profile, a professional promotion, or the fulfillment of something you began in the mid-90's. From April through June 2005, take a look back at what you've learned since last year, and be prepared to expand into a new ideal, a new rhythm of public expression, and the gifts due you for your diligence this past decade. Your public sector is powered up this year and next.

Your health and work issues of July 2001-September 2003 prepared you for a new way of relating to your world. Your present 2 year cycle begins in late February or March, when you need to slow down, take it easy, and not allow the fast pace to create needless problems at that time. Things begun then should show movement in June 2005, and solidify its expression throughout the last half of 2005. Mars can create hassles, or the need for some form of right action without being hassled, in late February, early March, and late June.
