Astrology Hot Zones May 2005 - Mars Conjunct Uranus with Venus square both coming soon

Just a quick note to remind you that the Mars conjunct Uranus which is exact on Sunday, May 15, is a very volatile conjunction, but also can bring unique ideas, breakthroughs, and innovations that show an entirely new way to do, to be, or to live. Falling at 11 degrees Pisces, it definitely will bring some face to face with their inner fears, while others will be shown the way to spiritual fulfillment in a way appropriate to them. This important conjunction occurs fairly infrequently, usually about every two years. The last time this cycle started it was June 2003, and fell at 3 Pisces, introducing us to the indestructable elements of our life.

We are all "being guided into the sanctuary," and having our minds introduced consciously to a transcendent realm. All of our minds will be introduced to our Soul, or someone else's Soul, or even the "Soul-realm" itself, the all-encompassing field of light-life within which we all live, breathe, and have our being, as it has been said. Affecting where it falls in our charts and what areas these planets rule, we will be challenged to be ready, willing, and able to walk on toward our higher individuated Self. Use your practical skills, emotional maturity, and mental acuity to quickly let go of old ways no longer appropriate to you, revolutionize what you need to, and look both ways before moving out into traffic.

Venus squares both Uranus and Mars between May 18-22, with Neptune going stationary retrograde May 19. This is an "onward through the fog" type of energy, and requires coordinating affairs through getting clear about which means must be used to achieve certain ends, and not neglecting things through getting distracted. Keep fitting things into a long-range perspective, get affairs sufficient focused, and try not to respond too hastily to things or jump to conclusions. Sudden developments can turn out just fine, as long as you remember this is a threshold for what will follow down the road, and not get confused by the peculiar twists, turns, and endings that must happen over the next few weeks.
