The Question of Space People and Extraterrestrial Contact, Pt. 2

This post continues the theme introduced in part one exploring perception, comprehension, and awareness of various kinds of paranormal experiences, including contact with beings and intelligences connected to our Earth and solar system. As a human race, we have come to a point of "critical mass" in our collective thoughtform concerning the life that is all around us, and are beginning to see the effects of our own evolutionary momentum resulting in new ways of approaching time, space, matter, energy, light, and the life that pervades our entire system.

Though 1947 was an important moment in humanity’s contact with various groups of "outer space" intelligences, there have also been other equally important years, and even eras, where we as individuals and groups, even nations, have been contacted by other life forms at least as aware as we are, if not highly superior to our own limited perceptual mechanisms. These times, as well as the other significant points of extraterrestrial contact, tracked astrologically with some very exceptional configurations. There were important points of contact in 1960-61, as well as the late 1970s and early 1980s.

Some of these contacts were extensively documented, and were almost certainly not a fraud perpetrated on the ignorant. In one significant and fairly well-known instance, the volumes that came out of the 1970s and 1980s efforts at demonstrating a benign intention on the part of our space friends, called UFO Contact from the Pleiades, Vols. 1 and 2, (long out of print) clearly offered a view of the reality of, and possibilities for, human interaction with beings from other places. As just one example of the legitimacy of this account, NASA was actually given pieces of metal unknown to this planet. There were other "proofs" that would lead one to believe that these contacts were real and valuable.

I believe this extensive contact was possible because of the freedom from fear and prejudices in those humans who were contacted. This is where our human factor, our personal conditioning, makes a difference in how we understand the entire question of "space people" and possibly "enlightened beings" and their meaning and message to us, evolving humanity. The trick to understanding who is contacting what or whom is in trying to come to a way to communicate a perceptual experience, freed from the traps of personal biases and glamor.

Many times when people are contacted by beings from “outer space,” or even "inner space," as the spiritual realm is often known, the ones contacted are very fearful of experiences they do not understand. This is natural, but a problem nonetheless, if we are to come to an accurate understanding of what was and was not communicated or done to the one contacted. Since many do not have much understanding of the relative functions of the subconsciousness, self-consciousness, and superconsciouness, it is natural that unusual or unfamiliar experiences may not be interpreted completely accurately.

This is why it is our responsibility to be careful how we come to an accurate understanding of what extra-terrestrial contact actually means, what has happened, or why. Even when fear is present, we can use the unusual experience to break free of fear. Because all the interpretations of our 5 senses as well as our mental reasoning may be faulty, we must investigate what spiritual lessons have been evoked by the experience as a standard with which to measure our contact with the beyond. For example, are our interpretations of the experience making us feel fragmented, fearful, or powerless? If so, they are probably not accurate, and not useful in helping us to deal with our experience, whatever it may have been. Be very careful of your own and others' thoughts that make you feel confused, victimized, fearful or filled with doubt, as these can distort the good that can come from your experience.

I believe that when we move beyond fear and superstition around any given belief or perception, and open to detached investigation and alternative interpretations of experience, it is possible to come to an integrated overview of the whole of any thing. We can come to know the truth about what is actually occurring regarding extraterrestrial life and contact with beings from outer and inner space, as well as the possibility of contact with such beings as Angels or the Masters of the Wisdom. It is possible that all kinds of contacts are occurring right now, globally, and that all of it is leading humanity collectively into a greater vision of who we are and our place in the greater scheme of intelligent life in our solar system and beyond. We had to dream “Star Trek” before the dream could be made real. Now is the time to dream the fearless dream of contacting our greatest possibilities of creative interaction with the life that is all around us. We are less separate from each other than we think, and we are more connected with all that is than we imagine.

Whatever the type of contact we experience, whatever paranormal things occur in our lives, we must open to interpreting them in the light of a greater vision, strength, and understanding. It may very well be that at one time in our lives we have been visited by an outer space being or even Earth being of great intelligence and wisdom, and it is time now to open to a greater vision of how to be and live in our vast universe as a result of that experience. We all have greater possibilities to realize, inner powers and realizations to apply in forms of spiritual service to humanity. All that is serves the great process of evolution, and everything leads to ever-greater experiences of At-One-Ment.

Humanity's future is more glorious than most can presently imagine. After the breakdown and decay of the present structures, a new way of regarding reality and each other will remain, the flower of the present seeds of striving generated by truth-seeking Souls everywhere on Earth. We are all part of One Life, One Love, One Law that is fulfilling itself even as we live and breathe. Enjoy your Eternal Self, and regard the rest of the passing parade as so much phenomenon for your growth into a greater Love, Wisdom, and Intelligence. And by all means, take time to play.

(The author here is glad to debate on a friendly basis any “outer space being” from another planet who is in opposition to the propositions put forth here. The author feels that people in a human body who were born from a woman’s womb, regardless of how strange your childhood or adulthood may have been, are not the same as someone who shows up in some form of space “vehicle.” Beings inhabiting radiant light bodies are always welcome to participate.)
