Salon loves Wilco Weird timing.  No sooner did I post the Wired interview with Jeff Tweedy than Salon posted two - not one, two - separate mentions of Wilco.  They plugged Wilco's occasional postings in "Roadcase" section of their website here, and posted an honest-to-God concert review here.  In the War Room!  I'm frightened now.  Did I ever mention how pissed off I was when Pearl Jam became a big-name band?  They were my band, man!  Give them back! Well, here's what I can offer.   I was poking around the internets yesterday when I stumbled upon a hidden treasure of downloadable concerts.  Pearl Jam, Sonic Youth, Wilco.  A Neil Young concert from 1971, for Gawd's sake!   Plus a lot of off-the-radar bands.  Holy Napster flashbacks!  Go here now before they realize what they've done.  6:45:51 AM     comment []
