Christmas Tunes to Excite and Frighten Your Relatives

Hey, kids?  Not enough new songs on your christmas mix this year?  Here's two options that will shock and stun your in-laws.

- A band called Senor Tonto from Italy has re-recorded the classic Xmas tune, "Hooray for Santy Claus."  What's that?  You've never heard of it?  This is, of course, the majestic theme song from the ... um ... classic movie, Santa Claus Conquers the Martians.  The instruments, according to our friends at BoingBoing, include "old analog synth keyboards, a banjo, a kazoo, a glockenspiel and even a Texas Instruments Speak & Spell."  Check it out here

- The Beatles, during their brief tenure as kings of the world, sent exclusive Christmas singles to their fan club every year between 1963 and 1970.  Some good-hearted fella owns all of these singles, and has painstakingly dubbed all of them into mp3's and posted them here.  Get 'em all!  Freak out your friends!

And if these aren't working for you... there's always Kenny G.
