The U.S. government's Computer Emergency Readiness Team (US-CERT) is warning Web surfers to stop using Microsoft's Internet Explorer (IE) browser.

I've been growing increasingly concerned about IE's endless security problems, and this episode has convinced me that the program is simply too dangerous for routine use.

Can you imagine the dollar amount of lawsuits if a pharmaceutical company marketed medications with 1/100 the flaws of Microsoft products?
