Dear George,
The successful corporatist state is built on the backs of oppressed drones because misery is the foundation of stability and order. You see, it is the children of a bored prosperity who start revolutions. The impoverished are too busy making ends meet to bother. Which brings me to the Iraq enterprise.
When historians look back on the opening decades of the twenty-first century, they will be unanimous in their praise of Iraq as a crucial building block of Amerika, Inc. As of 9:43 A.M., Eastern Standard Time, on Saturday, February 25, 2006, the Iraq war cost American taxpayers a total of $243,418,458,250. This is an approximation because the numbers are spinning so fast they are hard to read. So, let’s do a cost-benefit analysis and see just how this enterprise has contributed to the growth of Amerika, Inc. In doing so, we will see that Iraq is giving us a fantastic return on our investment. Look at its benefits:
· 32,240,870 children will never see a Headstart program, thus guaranteeing that they will drop out of school early and will end up dead or in jail.
· 145,759,656 children will have no health insurance. A healthy child is a problem child and often grows up to be a troublemaker. A weak child grows up to be a weak adult.
· 4,218,475 teachers will never be hired. We need dumbed down drones.
· 11,800,403 high school seniors will not receive four-year scholar ships to public colleges, which means they will never be exposed to leftist professors and leftist literature.
· 2,191,757 public housing units will not be built. Comfort creates boredom, which creates discontent.
· Ten years of anti-hunger programs will never happen. We have too damn many people as it is.
· 24 years of worldwide AIDs programs will never happen. It’s that surplus population problem, again.
· 81 years of the worldwide vaccination of children will never take place. It’s much easier on a person to die young; they don’t really understand what’s happening.
I admit, the above figures are a bit misleading because the are based on the faulty premise that were the Iraq enterprise end today, all the money would automatically go into social programs. We all know that’s bullshit. The money would find its way into good old American pork. That not withstanding, the Goddess of Prosperity demands that Iraq sink into civil war. The more money we sink into their country, the more impoverished our country becomes and the closer we move to the full birthing of Amerika, Inc.
Your admirer,
Belacqua Jones
