Dear George,

It is a tribute to America, as the land of opportunity that a headcase can raise to a position of influence and power as in the case of Rev. John Hagee, head of Christians United for Israel (CUFI).

Hagee is prays daily for a nuclear holocaust.  Actually, Hagee is big on holocausts in general.  In his eyes, the Jewish holocaust was a divine punishment.  “Their own rebellion [against God] has birthed the seed of anti-Semitism that would arise and bring destruction to them for centuries to come.”

Their rebellion, of courses, was refusing to recognize Jesus as the Messiah.

Hagee views the holocaust as a plus because it scared the Jews into moving to Israel, which he sees as a precondition for the Rapture that will lift Christians naked up to heaven.

That is why Hagee is pushing for a nuclear holocaust in the Middle East.  As Hagee explains it, “The United States must join Israel in a pre-emptive military strike against Iran to fulfill God’s plan for both Israel and the West…”  That plan is holocaust, Rapture, Tribulation and Christ’s return.

Of course, there’s a small kicker here:  during this new holocaust, two-thirds of the Jews in Israel will be slaughtered.  The remainder will be spared because they accept Jesus as their personal savior.

Hagee is a true friend of Israel.  He is the surgeon who wants to cut away the rotting flesh so the healthy may survive.

Jerry Falwell echoed this theme when he said, “Millions of Jews will be slaughtered at this time but a remnant will escape…”

Among Hagee’s admirers is none other than House Minority Whip Roy Blunt, who has promised to gather a gaggle of congressional types when Hagee visits Washington D.C.

After a meeting with Hagee, Sen. John McCain said the US-Iran confrontation could be “Armageddon”. [1]

Flat Earthers, Geocentrists, Creationists, and Premillenial Dispensationalists:  by God, George, this is an exciting and heady time to be alive.

Can you feel the love?

Your admirer,

Belacqua Jones
