Dear George,

Your eagerness to nuke Iran is perfectly understandable.  Iran is threatening our Mission™.  Our purity of motive is so pure that the gore the Mission produces can never besmirch it.  We are surgeons performing meatball surgery on the comatose.  Any surgeon would react violently were a friend of the patient to burst into the operating room.  When we are ministering to an ailing nation, the friend of our patient is our enemy.

So wholesome is our Mission that it transcends reality.  The pure never err; they neither stumbles nor do they make a bad situation worse.  It is a Truth™ that marches forth under the banner of the Good™ and the Beautiful™ regardless of the chaos it creates.  The Mission never produces casualties, only martyrs.

The driving force behind the Mission is the pipe dream.  Pipe dreams grow stronger as reality pierces the bubble they have created. Delusion™ is the umbrella that shields the Mission from the scorching rays of reality.  The ability to cling to fantasy in the face of a contradictory reality is the mark of a great leader.  By that standard, you are the greatest leader the world has ever seen.

No measure is too harsh in pursuit of the Mission.  It will endure as long as your conscience is clear with the God™ of your creation.  Though the rafters of your dream house creak and groan as they near the breaking point, carry on.  Carry your banner of self-righteousness high; it will protect you against blowback and unintended consequences.

Let the drones and the uninspired wallow in the muck of the real.  You soar heavenward towards the greater glory of your Lord God of Hosts who sings your praises even as the Devil dies laughing.

Your admirer,

Belacqua Jones
