THE OBAMA SPEECH WAS ONE OF THE FINEST “STATE OF THE UNION” ADDRESSES I HAVE HEARD SINCE JFK AND FDR
THANK GOD, WE HAVE A PRESIDENT WHO CAN SPEAK, CAN COME UP WITH INVENTIVE ANSWERS TO OUR CRISIS AND CAN MOVE THE CONGRESS AND THE NATION TO ACTION!
Obama presented one of the most thorough and unambiguous speeches ever delivered by any president in a time of crisis. He was brilliant in his delivery, overwhelmingly unambiguous in the content he presented.
If you do not clearly understand how Obama and his cabinet expect to extend the arm of support from the federal government to the country at a time when our fiscal crisis could easily throw our entire economy into the gutter, you must be deaf and blind. This man delivered a masterpiece and I am ecstatic that he is our president!
Only those ultra-right wing Conservatives who have no faith in the federal government to perform efficaciously when the times call for answers that are not patently obvious, who believe that Obama’ goes too far in placing massive funds in the hands of those in crisis so the economy can regain its health, were unimpressed with what can easily be counted among the greatest speeches ever delivered before a joint session of Congress.
The Right thinks Obama’s so-called stimulus will not work, will not create jobs and that the money is being spent on pork that will do nothing but get votes for the Congressmen and Senators who voted for it.
I turned on Fox’s Sean Hannity for a laugh after the president’s speech. Sean is really a son-of-a-bitch. He has the brains of a Conservative retard. The women on the panel that listened to the president’s speech in the Fox studios and felt that Bobby Jindal, Governor of Louisiana delivered a better speech than Obama, were obviously hard of hearing. I had to turn the channel because I can tolerate only a small dose of Hannity’s B.S. and his followers at a time. He lies! He exaggerates! He simply pounds away at the point he wants to make regardless of how inaccurate his assumptions or how far removed from the facts he is He is a real a.. h…! And
Fox only allows people on the air who share their perverted perspective.
Regardless, with an approval rating at 75% and the vast majority of the people who feel the Republicans and the Conservatives are being nothing but negative and partisan, Obama has done more in five weeks in office than most president’s get accomplished in their entire term.
I am so proud to be an American at this time in our history and the entire world celebrates this man as a truly great president for our nation after eight years of failure.
