First of all, I am a prose and poetry editor of a magazine, the name of which is Electric Mandolin, and which is sited at http://www.labarc.com/EM/ , and which could use prose and poetry submissions. The guidelines can be found at the site linked above; I should mention in passing that labarc.com has neat stuff of various sorts. I can be reached here. I can even be queried here...that is; making a comment here goes to my e-mail.
I can also be reached at http://www.livejournal.com at various places.
oregonnerd has a blog. (It tends to be more active than this because I have a circle of friends that check that blog. It has...writing and various speculative perhaps-nonsense of various sorts.
the_second_step is a place I moderate where you can post poetry (once having become a livejournal member...for free).
evidence0flife is a writer's group. In order to post here application needs to be made. When I'm less lazy I'll have links for all this.
there will be a writer's group linked to the evidence0flife group which will be similar to the second step. Its presumable name will be the_critical_step . Both these group names refer to the most critical step in writing--editing one's own work--in which I've admittedly been remiss. In the posted poem of 100 poems (Splinter In the Mind's Eye, at the oregonnerd blog) of about 6300 words I admittedly had 4 or 5 outright errors, which is actually too many.
