This letter was sent to our new members who responded to the membership drive - Thank you Garnet Lewis!
Greetings! Just recently, you responded to the SCDP membership drive. Once again, thank you for taking the time to join, or renew your membership with, the SDCP.
In addition to your membership, you also completed the informational questionnaire and indicated an interest in participating in one or several of the endeavors currently underway. With that in mind, we would like to invite you to attend an “orientation” session on Wednesday, June 15 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the Dawn of a New Day café on 146 N. Franklin in downtown Saginaw. The main purpose for this gathering is to bring all interested individuals together to develop a “plan of action” based on their particular areas of interest. Your input and feedback in this planning process is vital and we promise that it will not be a waste of your time!

p.s. We will be the only folks in the café at that time. Dawn (the owner) will be there to provide coffee and related café drinks for purchase. Parking is available directly outside the café (which is located in the old Bearinger bldg.) on Franklin or behind the building. In addition, there is wireless connection for those of you who would like to bring your laptops.
