The Big Mo

Liberal Republican Senator Lincoln Chafee won a highly contested Republican primary in ultra-liberal Rhode Island.  He still faces a tightly contested general election against Rhode Island AG Sheldon Whitehouse, a Democratic politician with superior political skills.  Republicans are hopeful that this will give them momentum going into November.  Well, let's see:  Conservative Republicans turned out in anemic numbers in the primary.  If conservatives don't bother to vote anywhere in the country, I grant you, one political party will have a huge win in November.  But do you really think it'll be the Republicans?  Seriously?
