GOP Running Scared in Minnesota

In Minnesota's governor's race, Dem AG Mike Hatch has caught up to GOP Governor Tim Pawlenty, at 42% a piece, with 3% for the 3rd party candidate.   In the previous poll, Hatch was down 2 points.  Before that, Hatch was down considerably more.  In Minnesota's race for the open Senate seat, Republicans pooh-poohed the results of the previous poll because it showed Hennepin county attorney Amy Klobuchar beating GOP Rep. Mark Kennedy by 16 points.  But now Klobuchar is up by 56%-32%, and this despite vastly more ads have been running for Kennedy.  Apparently the TV ads saying Kennedy should be elected because he's a cheap Dad, and that he's just a regular guy--an accountant--didn't help in the polls.

Shocking.
