Just now getting to my Userland Computer. As a result, pretty much all my recent musings are on my Blogger site. I tend to use it a good bit since I can do it from whatever computer I happen to be near.
Like many others, I'm consumed with the hurricane tragedy. I can't get my head completely around it, and can't write much more about it today. But I will leave you with this: if you're reading this blog, then you (like me and K) are a lot more fortunate than a whole bunch of other people at the Gulf Coast. So I encourage you to make a donation to the Red Cross, whatever you can manage. The victims of that storm
need all the help they can get. And the agencies are going to need a mountain of funds to give it. Be grateful and be generous.
Have a good evening. Be nice to people, and think about the ones that are struggling now and for a long while. Wish them strength
and good fortune. They deserve it.
