This will be a story about the Bright Public Power Initiative, and about WE Energies' proposed new coal-fired power plant in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. 

The State Supreme Court agreed to hear the case brought by the IOU (WE Energies) to overturn a judge's ruling that the PSC erred in allowing the project to go forward.

After working on it for an hour, I clicked on Post to Weblog, and got a message that said I couldn't do it because there was nothing to post.  Rats!  Big ones!
