This will be the final sick-girl post. Not that I am well, but this is an annoying theme that I am only pursuing because I have little energy or resolve to do more.

So, for you, random thoughts and notions from the day:

Hockey is good. Watching hockey at home on your brand new cable service is great. Watching hockey and sitting the Comfy Chair of Delight is the best.

No blueberry muffins were consumed in the writing of this blog. Sigh.

My head is the epicentre of this bodyquake -- I think I must have taken an ice pick to the brain at some point and not noticed. Can Motrin stop it? No. Can Tylenol? No. Codeine? No. I'm allergic to aspirin, so that's out. I am considering a giant cartoon anvil.

Pork chops are flammable.

Half-damp laundry is the last thing you want to pull out of a coin-up dryer.

The hoodie is becoming a close and treasured friend.

Being in bed is a great way to catch up on blog reading. Some of you people are shockingly good writers, and you manage to rile me to action even as I feel my organs are rebelling against one another.

I knocked over a display of pineapples today. Those things are very... sharp... to pick up. Especially five at a time. In motion. I yelled, "ALOHA!" and chased them down. I should not be allowed to leave my home on medication.

I'm tired of tea.

I wonder what a goldfish with a cough would look like? Would he just dart around, propelled by cough force, knocking against his bowl sides?

I need to read more.

Tomorrow my grandpa turns 81, and I shall be there in all my communicable glory to celebrate with him. He is a terrific soul -- how lucky am I still to have three of my grandparents alive? I feel blessed to know stories and history.

I always worry we won't carry things on as they have.

I've sold two Blogcabin clothing items. You guys make me smile.

I'm going to undertake some more serious topics here in the next couple of weeks to ward off the notion that all I do is chase mechanical rodents and drink coffee and hooligan at hockey games. Not that you think so. But I need to challenge myself -- in the words of a much-loved friend.

I am all for challenge.

Oh, I am done for the night, so say my nose and throat.

So, for the last time in SickBlogging history -- love to all.
