gee, lookit that under the tree.

A meme for Christmas.

But because it's from Pandora, and it's all she wanted for Christmas, here goes...

(yes, I know, I sound rather boring according to these catagories, don't I?)

Four jobs you've had in your life: Nanny, barista, camp director, writer. That's right: kids, coffee, kids, write about coffee and kids (ha!).

Four movies you could watch over and over: I can't actually do that... watch movies over and over again. I'm an in-the-theatre girl, 100%, and I get fidgety watching DVDs. But if I had to choose: Say Anything; A Hard Day's Night; Monty Python's Meaning of Life; and Before Sunset. Not because they are the best movies I've ever seen -- I can never think of what those are -- but because they are attached to people, times, and places that are dear to me.

Four places you've lived: Nipawin, SK; Whitehorse, YK; Edmonton, AB; and Vancouver, BC.

Four TV shows you love to watch: I don't watch a whole lot of TV, but: Hockey Night in Canada; What Not to Wear; any cooking show with Julia Child or Jacques Pepin; and Austin City Limits.

Four places you've been on vacation: Haven't been on many vacations since I was a kid, and at that point, we generally went places we loved that we could afford. I've never been anywhere tropical or excessively warm. But they were wonderful, wonderful times, those vacations (mostly because my family rocks): Cannon Beach, OR; Seattle, WA; Vancouver, BC (before I lived here); and of course, Quesnel for Amy and Will's wedding with Kevin B. and Kristy. The ride home alone was gold.

Four websites you visit daily: Only four?! There are so many more than that, but let's see: Yahoo Fantasy Sports (Hockey); Eric's Place; Mark's Place; and The Onion. And I've left a LOT of people out. But I check on those blogs to see if they've updated, and the fantasy sports and the Onion are just addictions.

Four of your favorite foods: Sushi (mmm!); French Fries; Thai food; and really, really spicy and fresh Mexican cusine.

Four places you'd rather be: A private beach in Jamaica; Prague; Santorini; and Aspen.

BONUS ITEM - Four albums you can't live without: Right now? They're all Christmas ones! But normally: Garden State soundtrack; The Complete Ella Fitzgerald catalogue on Verve; Ladies of the Canyon, Joni Mitchell; and John Coltrane's A Love Supreme.

And I'm passing this on to Eric, because I'm curious (though I don't expect you to have time for it today!)
