Film Noir Quotes    This will be tough, half are from the 40’s to the early 50’s, half are 1980 to now.  I also have a broad definition of Film Noir which includes most private eye flicks from the late 40's to early 50’s.  I’ve thrown you a few bones in there.  There may also be two quotes from the same movie.   1. “Frank... is a very sick and dangerous man.” 2. “Experience has taught me never to trust a policeman. Zeppelins In Action Our friend Matt, who's "second person, singular" blog just retired, has a piece called "Zeppelins In Action", an ongoing serial type read.  I really liked it and I never got around to finishing it so I asked Matt if there was anyway he could keep it online.
